Artist's Comments
This is my final for my cake segment at culinary school. It's based on Final Fantasy XI, mine & my bf's mithra characters & the Federation of Windurst.
The top of the cake has the two Mithra characters and a group of crystals. Sadly I ran out of time to do any more detail work on the Mithra so they look very boring, and they kept leaning back even though I stuck wires in them & tried to push them forward multiple times. The top tier has white mage pattern on it since that is my main job in the game and a Windurst Banner draping down the front. Second tier has painted crest of Windurst with cut out stars stuck to it. Base tier has painted mountain range and gumpaste cutouts of several of the monsters found outside Windurst as well as a Chocobo. Relic hat for Summoner, White Mage, Red Mage, Dragoon, Monk, Ranger Black Mage sit on top of the base tier. |
